Delete my account

You can delete your Voltvale account in two ways:

From the app: in the village tap the bar at the top, then Settings → Delete account. It's the simplest way, and it also works if you play as a guest.
From this page: sign in below with your email and a code. If you used Google or Facebook, enter the same email as the account.

Do you have a Plus subscription?

Cancel it first from the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting your account doesn't stop the payments: they are handled by Google Play.

1. Confirm that the account is yours

We'll send you a code by email, the same kind you use to sign in to the app.

What gets deleted

Immediately from the database: sign-in, email, pseudonym and profile, progress, gems and missions, lessons recorded for the leaderboard, reports received, hidden players, acceptance of the Terms, subscription data.

What remains, and for how long

Database backups: up to 90 days, then they are deleted automatically.
Log of deleted accounts: only the random identifier and the date, for 120 days. It is used to delete the account again if a backup is restored.
Log of administration actions concerning your account, if there are any: 24 months.
Reports you made about other players: without your identifier, up to 24 months after they are closed.
Usage statistics without identifiers, which aren't linked to you: up to 180 days.
Payment receipts: kept by Google Play under its rules.

Playing as a guest and no longer have the app?

A guest account has no email, so we can't recognize it from here. It stays without a name or email and is deleted automatically after 18 months of inactivity. If you can still open the app, use the item in the settings.
